a whole lot more than money

work is a whole lot more than what they pay? money is an external motivator? well, to me now maybe what i get paid for working my eyes off to post a gazillion of double entries and getting ready month reports MUST justify. truthfully, what motivates me to work is my pay! i know my motivation should comes from my working environment citizenship behavior or maybe job satisfaction, by right. but by LEFT, it's just not working. Ahahahaha! AHAHAHAHAHAHA! IT JUST DOESN'T TIKS!
