the best smoked salmon salad that i've ever come across. it was five stars, FIVE STARS!
we were at timber. it's a pub located at a really remote location behind SMU. somewhere nearby my previous part-time job area. they serve really yummilicious western food but i fancy their salad most! because i just went for cupping before i meet them out so i couldn't take any form of cold drinks. i ordered cranberry juice w/o ice and the guys drank white wine. act only. haahhaah! the wine wasn't strong. i took a sip of it. 9: i remember taking a picture of my juice but some of the photos are lost in transition. crap!

at last! we waited 2hours for the band! oh yah! they sang reeeeeally good! i like their 'viva la vida' and 'i'm yours'. they sang 'lucky' and 'pokerface' too. at first i couldn't get it coz, 'lucky' is supposedly a duet, and there's no female lead singer in the band. it end up 2 guys singing it...so....i scratched head. pokerface sound very much like chanting thru a male vocal. nevertheless, I THINK THEY ROCK! \m/
and potato chips for supper after we ate at essential brew! you're looking at Farhan the Police Officer, Jeff the Army Sergent and Saufi the Fire-fighter Officer. all are hardcore NS ppl. sheeezzz 9:
