Waitress' rant

i don't know what has gotten into me today but this is the first time i ever talk rudely to a customer. yah yah i know the number one rule in the F&B line is "customer is ALWAYS first" BUT that doesn't mean we are slaves to you? if you really think you are so high up and tries to make thing difficult? you got no idea that you just mess with the wrong gal. i'm can hawkey the whatever sandwich bread you order on the dirty floor before toasting it and add a few drops of armpit sweat into your espresso without you knowing it! so what you gonna do? what you gonna do when it comes back to you? F-face. (point my ultimate finger)
