but i just can't help in coming back home late sometimes and occasionally skipping dinner
nor i can help you out with the house chores because i simply suck at it

but i just can't help in spending so much and a total useless when it comes to flower arrangement AND always happen to be playing the piano when you are busy
nor i can help in taking good care of my brother because i'll probably make it worst by playing along with him

to my closest aunt
i want to be your best niece and your children's role model
but i just can't help in being a black influence like wearing black nail polish, contact lenses, mini skirts, reading comics on the bed, watching anime till late nights, etc
nor i can be a studious student or an obeying housewife like you

it's really difficult to meet your expectations and tiring to be the perfect little girl in your eyes. yesterday i was accused for not loving my ahma from my heart just because i didn't sweep the floor.
to make things worst off i said that i'm not guilty.
wow i can never forget how pissed all my relatives look
you all make it seem like i must be a hardcore housewife to prove that my love is for real and not just a text.
i wish i can be whatever you all want me to be.

to my grandmother
i'm secretly planning to cook your favourite mee-suah and red hard boiled egg for your coming birthday coz i know you have been complaining for years that it has always been you doing the cooking and not any of the children or grandchildren

to my mother
i've made a habit to step on the soft pedal which will reduce my piano volume whenever i see you arranging your floral arrangement coz i know you are always irritated by the music. i've decided to work longer at SPH till my school reopen so that you will have more money to spend since you won't need to give me any allowance

to my aunt
i will train myself of be a housewife like you. slowly d: i'm just gonna start with washing plate, sweeping, mopping and folding the clothes first.
