Now i'm hopelessly stupid

below is one of my daily jobscope:
staff reimbursement
to key in all the claim vouchers from SPH staff into the SAP systems.
for item purchased,to check if any RTP is raised
check of authorised signatories
and if any entertainment vouchers doesn't indicate the purposes i will have to send it back to the staff for them to indicate the purpose of the claim

so today i mass send alot of entertainment vouchers back for the staff to fill up the purpose column. but what i didn't know was that i send a voucher back to SPH CEO and Chairman!
i wrote a msg on the post-take pad that goes like this

hi Ah Meng, ( i donno what the hell is SPH's CEO name)

pls indicate the purpose of this claim form so that i can proceed with payment. pls also fill up the purpose column in the future as the auditor requested to.

and because of my stupidity the whole finance dept was alarmed
the CEO called his secretary
his secretary called the head of finance
the head of finance called the division head
the division head called my supervisor
and my supervisor call the whole AP dept staff for a mtg
mtg with the head of finance department about this joke of the day

i was hoping i'll get sack on the spot
then i'll be free from SPH forever
and EVER~
ahhahahahahahah

so when will my days in SPH get better?
